RSR Classics – 911 Tarmac Rally Car
Our 1978 3.0 litre wide body is nearing completion and will compete in selected tarmac events in 2009, targeting the Sun Coast Rally and Targa New Zealand events.
This car started out as an SC road car and has a very low 17,000km since undergoing a full body and engine restoration in 2001, and yes it is the original Arrow Blue colour.
• Incorporates our Rennline accessories, Rennshift Performance shifter and Fuchs style 8” x 15” front and 10”x 15” rear wheels.
• Limited tyre choice was a real headache, however Peter Gallagher at Spinning Wheel Tyres solved the problem, and we now run Michelin DOT legal TB 15 series:
270 x45x 15 front and 295 x40 x15 rear.
• Seats, harnesses and interior trimming next on the list.
